Scam and cheat nothing more. Income Cover policy claims with all supporting documents provided will be refused every time for any even most ridiculous reasons even if they confirmed by GP. Avoid at all times! To be honest, all my money lost on them paying monthly premiums I wish would be spent on National Lottery even no winning but less regret.

British not so friendly. They offer some free extras like medical assessments etc try to access them and that’s a different story - bear that in mind of it comes to paying a claim when you really need it. Check out their reviews on trust pilot too. Otherwise they were not so friendly when it come to cancelling I spoke to a very condescending lady who put words in my mouth as to why I was cancelling.

I would highly recommend British Friendly. I’ve been with the Company a few years now and whenever I’ve needed to make a claim, it was handled swiftly, professionally and with the minimum of fuss which is what’s needed when not 100%. Thank you British Friendly.

I took out an accident an sickness policy so if I was unable to work I would get help in paying my bills and mortgage. I fell and fractured a bone in my back and I'm unable to work at the moment but my claim is declined because I forgot to declare i have vitamin B12 injections every now and again when my iron is low. British Friendly are quick enough taking my policy money every month. But Fracturing my back which was an accident they not paying out. They will find any excuse to not payout. Be aware before taking out a policy. I have made so many calls they don't even call you and update you with the progress of your case, you have to keep chasing them.

They deserve 1 star simply because I can't give them zero. Looking at the reviews they clearly don't care that people think so little of their business and I suspect some of the 5 stars are not even real customers. They will find any excuse possible not to pay out. I have had undiagnosed seizures for over 6 months and still not seem a penny of my cover. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
