That was the first time I used the post office in Pinners and was greeted by a very rude woman called \Sue\. I was sniffling and checking in my bag for a tissue when she shouted over to her colleague, \Have we got any toilet rolls?\ And having a good laugh about it. Unprofessional not the word!
I use Pinners for both the Post Office and shop and have always found the staff and management to be efficient, helpful, friendly and cheerful.
Local, convenient and friendly staff. Handy for lots of little things.
