We have used several insulation distributors in the past to purchase pipe insulation & ancillaries. We previously found our laggers are often left waiting at the trade counter & struggle to get any technical help. The service at B.I.S is brilliant and they can be in and out, there is always someone on hand to give the best advise on external insulation and high temperature insulation for different applications. We are currently working on our offices and will be using B.I.S for lagging on all pipe work to stop the pipes freezing!

Used them 2 times now, first time I collected from their Bristol warehouse, 2nd time I used the web order form for delivery to Yeovil. The order was delivered 07.30 am they day after placing it, and they did phone first to check that early delivery time was ok. Order was all correct, prices are competitive, delivery was fast. I can't fault them.
