Got our windows and doors all fitted by Fairco McIIhagga. From beginning to end the company was 5*. All the men were really helpful and made it all very straight forward. Even called back out to fix a problem straight away. Really would recommend.

Fairco McIlhagga have previously fitted a front door, windows in kids bedrooms and landing, as well as French doors in our kitchen. Standard of staff who called to survey the job very helpful and the fitting guys competent and tidy - first class job! Unexpectedly a hinge on the French door had a stress fracture and snapped, making the door inoperable. I contacted Geoff on his mobile (as his number had been on one of the invoices) and he was excellent. Firstly he apologised for the inconvenience and promised to personally follow up the issue as soon as possible. He rang me back within 24 hours to let me know he had a fitter on his way to the house with a new hinge. New hinge fitted and adjusted and French door like new again. Thanks Geoff to you and your staff for the excellent customer service and we look forward to using Fairco McIlhagga again in the future. Best wishes Richard and Karen Montgomery.
Lovely door and job done well BUT - Fault with door now serious and have been trying for a year to get a response with no joy!!! Am now in process taking this further. Stay clear of this company.
