Do not schedule with these unprofessional people! I called to cancel an appointment. I would have been a new patient. First I was put on hold several times for an extended period of time. When I finally got to talk to someone the girl on the phone was very combative and nasty. Told me I shouldn't cancel my appointment since it was made by my insurance. She flat out argued with me. As she was hanging up I heard her make a disgusted \ugh\ noise. I would have rescheduled at a later date but after this? No way! I can't imagine what the rest of the office must be like.

I've tried two different doctors at Creekside but in both cases, I found myself leaving wishing I had not visited. I'm sure they think they are being helpful; unfortunately I experience them as anything but. I cannot think of a reason to recommend anyone choose them.

I met with Dr Jacobs and she spent close to an hour and a half getting to know me and my complicated history, and I got a call on my way home to schedule my sleep study. Was a bit of a wait to get in to see her and entirely worth it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Dr. Jacobs and everyone I interacted with at both the Bellevue and Issaquah offices are awesome. Dr. Jacobs spent a significant amount of time with me and expertly diagnosed, informed, and made sure I received the care I needed. Dr. Jacobs and staff went out of their way to accommodate a quick turnaround for planning and preparing for a surgery even when I had to shuffle things around with last-minute changes in schedule. Dr. Jacobs was up to date with the current medical understanding of sleep apnea and recommended an excellent surgeon. I received better care with much more personalized attention than from a previous sleep doctor, and the respiratory therapist and assistant staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and great at what they do. High recommended.
