Prepaid funeral for a 100 year old lady for whom I was Power of Attorney as she had no local relatives to assist her. Potts staff gave me the same consideration and sensitivity as if I had been an actual NOK for the lady and their communication was flawless at every stage of the process. The ceremony was exactly as arranged and the neice who did attend, and several other attendees expressed their appreciation of how appropriately dignified the funeral was for quite a dignified and rather grand old lady. Full marks.

I would recomend Joseph potts to everyone everything was perfect for my mum they were there for me they could not do enough they were mums choice so i cant thank Them enough thank you David for everything from the bottom of my heart
The service we received was very good just extremely disappointed in there costs, cannot fault the staff though they were extremely helpful just a pity they are a national company (as I was told) and don't compare thier prices to local funeral homes, lucky this is the first funeral we have had to organise but I know won't be the last and one things for sure won't use any Dignity funeral homes again, purley down to thier costing.
