My third time with them in finding house and trust me this people are cheaters.. they will quote fake prices in the adds and when we go to see the property it will be something else.. they dont even have good flats to show...
Guys, whoever is thinking to rent a flat from adhiti shelters. beware as its my personal experience. While vacating the flat, the way they will treat you and rip all the money for various unnecessary reasons, will definitely make you cry. out of 1k deposit, we got just 40k for no reasons, even though we leave the flat in pristine condtions
Highly non professional.I stayed two year overthere. My flat got robbed properly during day time. Everyone was involved including guard. There was no CCTV. Do not take rent from adhiti shelters. They have not even cooperated in crime investigation.
I haven't seen the review's before going here. They will respect you until you book a house. Post that they dont care. Even Manager doesn't have control over their employees it seems. One of the manager Manjunath told me. He will only involve to finalize the advance and rent part. He doesn't care after that. By any chance if you have planned to cancel, then you will see the other side of the coin. They will change their behaviour, tone and becoming rude. They don't share you the owner contact details or their MD number to discuss. The real owner will understand but not these guys. I heard so many forgot their token advance after cancellation. Even 5K or 10K is not a big amount for Adithi but it really matters for many. So be careful before stepping in here.
Very professional service, with a personal touch for renting flat in Bangalore. Especially in this pandemic situation, I was searching for a flat in Bangalore from Maharashtra, online. At that time, Adhiti shelters arranged for video calls inside and outside the flat/building. After reaching the flat, any issues were promptly taken care of and they even helped me with Wifi connection, gas connection and purifier installation. Recommendable professional service.
