A great Gym with very friendly owners! Good for one day passes and families!
24/7 access, great range of equipment, friendly and helpful staff (during the day). You can play your own music through the stereo system if you want to and there's also dedicated spaces for Thai Boxing/Boxing and BJJ classes. It can sometimes seem a bit cold when you first arrive but as soon as you start working out it's absolutely fine.
My son has recently started BJJ here, great place, friendly owners and staff.
