Hi I have just joined your practice and can say my first impressions are your practice is very professional. I spoke with reception twice today and Gemma was so so helpful she is an asset to you practice. She helped me no end Thank you so much Tony Had my appointment on the phone today with Doctor M. Corbett he was very thorough and probably the best Doctor I have seen in my lifetime. My previous Doctor in Southend was very good but not as thorough as Doctor M. My main problem is the waiting time I spent getting through to an operator . i spent 20 to 45 minutes getting through. If i need Crook log Surgery , why cant I go straight through to them rather being told countless times that they are very busy. Today, I only wanted to ask at what time should i bring in my Stool specimen, Waited and waited, and I was next.

Telephone consultation with the extraordinarily rude Dr Hanson. So bad, she was even worse than the Receptionists - which is going some. This practice has gone so far down hill it's almost underground! AVOID at all costs!!!

Joined this surgery a year ago,but very dissatisfied.Staffs are rude,always find excuse for not helping you.Have never experienced as bad as this any other GP.i will not recommend this GP to anyone.
