We hired the dinosaur soft play package to give our 2 year old a lockdown birthday treat and living room soft play certainly was a winner. Service was absolutely fantastic- the communication beforehand, the drop off and collection and the hygiene protocol was all brilliant. The soft play itself was ideal and our kids had a great time. I have used BBC Inflatables quite a few times over the years and they have always been friendly, professional and have amazing bouncy castles and other soft play equipment. The one we had yesterday for my daughter's 4th was the Unicorn bounce and slide which was lovely. The equipment has always been spotless but since COVID19 they have invested in a fogging machine which they use as an extra disinfecting step after the bouncy castles are set up to ensure extra cleanliness and safety. I would highly recommend and wouldn't use anyone else. They have delivered to me in both Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.
John and Jane were lovely. We hired with them over the weekend and the kids loved it. Very impressed with the new fogging system to keep us all safe.
We have used BBC Inflatables a number of times now and they are always excellent. A little misunderstanding this year with our booking but they are always a fantastic company to work with and go over and above to ensure customer satisfaction. The H&S standards are more thorough than other inflatable companies we have used previously, their staff are friendly and they have a huge range of equipment to choose from. I cannot recommend them enough.
BBC have been fantastic. We had the Jungle Slide for a small gathering, the kids loved it and it really made the day, it also kept the kids out of the house! It was tricky to get into the garden but the team worked hard and with a little extra effort they made a plan and got it in. They worked to social distancing, wore face masks at all time. Once the slide was set up they fogged the entire slide with disinfectant as extra precaution. We have used them a couple of times now and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you to all of the team.
