This place is just awesome to visit and they are improving it all the time. It's a great place to take kids and relaxing to walk around. I love there are educational signs all over as well.

Loved it. Animals were out. Kind of cloudy, so wasn't to hot. Lots of places to sit as you walk along the trail. Places for kids to play.

The walking trail from exhibit to exhibit is well maintained and easy to walk. The layout is an enjoyable hour walk to view all the animals. Indoor exhibits are great too. Love the addition of Winston the Sloth.

This is a very nice walk. Not too crowded and plenty of animals and plants to view. Overall, an excellent way to spend a few hours.

We had a great day walking through here looking at all the animals!

Animals don't seem too neurotic. Healthy and happy and adjusted to screaming kids. Hope next time the red pandas aren't 30m away in a space I can barely see them.

Great zoo for all ages, especially children under 10. Lots of benches to take breaks and several playgrounds, shade areas, pavilions, gift shop. You can easily go through the whole thing in less than two hours.

We met Winston! What an awesome animal! The Kookaburra bird is gorgeous and loves the attention. He was a total show off and that was so cute!!! A volunteer filled us in on many interesting facts and so I recommend taking advantage if one is available to share their knowledge. I am shining my white light on the lynx habitat and we hope they extend their boundary so the pacing felines are able to run a little and stretch their long powerful legs. A must see if in the Billings area and worth the drive if you aren’t. Plan to spend a few hours exploring the scenery. I can’t wait to meet Winston the sloth!! I appreciated reading that ZooMontana has taken in rescue animals and even the occasional unwanted exotic pet.
