Beautiful local yarns. The variety is amazing. I really wish business owners and employees would wear masks in this area. Everywhere I've been in Lancaster County for the last couple of days, lame mask enforcement. Business owners and employees need to model the proper behavior as if they care whether or not their customers live or die. Nice yarn though. I suggest ordering on Etsy to stay safe though.

Have hundreds of gorgeous yarns and raw materials to pick from as well as drop spindles, spinning wheels, and full weaving looms! All of the materials are well priced for how much you're getting and the staff is second to none. I came in as a beginner to spinning and they helped tens times more than I would've expected, both staffers were very knowledgeable and very nice with every question me and my mother had. Will definitely be coming back when I can!

I live approximately 15 minutes from Labadie Looms. I took my first lesson in weaving because a friend wanted to try weaving and I was hooked. Since then I have purchased a rigid heddle loom, a stand, spinning wheel, various accouterments, and yards and yards of wonderful hand-spun and/or hand dyed fibers. Donna, the owner, is the scion of generations of weavers. She is knowledgeable, personable and more about making a customer happy making a sale. (The reason she has a successful niche shop and the reason I have come back time after time.) If you're anywhere near and love the fiber arts, please do yourself the favor of stopping in. L.R.
