Been going to this gym for just under a year and have had an incredible experience. D&A provide a really helpful and forward thinking teaching environment with emphasis on the fundamentals. I’ve progressed very quickly as an aspiring amateur under one to ones with Neil. A very diverse and accepting gym, the best in Birmingham!

I came from overseas. I found this gym via google. After seeing reviews I figured this was the best gym to take my boxing career to the next level. I’ve been coming here for 11 months and I have did a full 180. I’ve turned vegan which has helped my recovery and weight management. My boxing technique/skill has improved tremendously and continues to improve working with the head trainer Anthony Hull. My strength training is improving with the strength and conditioning coach vinny. I also do the intermediate classes Monday Wednesday & Friday. Those also help with raising my fitness level. I give this gym 5 stars because they work with kids beginners intermediates and professionals. Best gym in Birmingham. Gleee

Really top club! Every coach is very welcoming. Just started training 1 2 1 with Neil and he knows just how to push me with his years of experience. Great for any level of boxer. Love D&A!

I've recently started a programme here with Neil and I'm learning so much already. I'm a complete beginner and it's hard work but I'm really enjoying it. Neil breaks instructions down so you understand what to do but also why it's important. The whole place is really welcoming and I highly recommend it! Even if you have no experience boxing, like me, you will feel welcomed.

Couldn't recommend D&A boxing school of excellence more for their professionalism through the Birmingham Student Fight Night training. Not only had the coaches developed the students at boxing competitors, but guided them mentally through the challenging process. 5 stars to Anthony and his team. Thank you for keeping me regularly updated with the progress of competitors throughout. Massive credit to you.
