I've been a tenant with midland heart for nearly 11 years the property I rent was given to me in good clean condition and I've never had a problem with them. Saying that I look after my home so don't have any repairs that need doing.. Maybe Had to call them out handful of times if that in almost 11 years.. For minor things that have always been sorted on 1st visit...I work in the housing field myself (not midland heart) and I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience with them. Look after your homes people. .

Absolutely wouldn’t recommend. I’ve been complaining about garden maintenance for weeks. I’m paying for garden work and no one has done the back garden in months. Their lazy contractors are happy to do half a job for the front garden and scrawl their name on the checklist, but since I’ve gotten the keys no one has done ANY work to the back garden. I’ve made multiple complaints and I’m STILL chasing them. I called today and had some snippy “advisor” tell me to send him proof that work hasn’t been done and that gardeners are supposed to come every two weeks. I’ve sent them multiple pictures of the property, does this look like this is a build up of two weeks? Don’t even get me started on the quality of work done on the property itself!

Where do I start? Rude, dismissive, cheap & negligent. I have had a hell of a time as a tenant. From ignoring repairs to lying about advice offered. Record all telephone calls & request all communications to be sent to you as evidence. Never take their word for it. Avoid at all costs

Useless!!! Disgusting behaviour and lack of care to tenants! allowing for bullying and harassment!

Appalled by MHs response to several Anti Social Behaviour forms and emails submitted regarding one of their tennants in Tamworth. How much evidence do you need before we can get passed \Customer Service\. Living with this behaviour is having an adverse effect on our small Community. Even though we have had to call the Police several times and reported back with incident numbers you get absolutely no where. Time for legal action and going to the press.
