Poor customer service, don't respond to emails, don't answer phones , don't ring when they say they-re going to . Eventually when I managed to speak with someone re my delivery I was told that they would call me 1/2 -1 hr before delivering my goods , they didn't and left my 9 piece outdoor sofa at a neighbours house , which I now have to go and collect myself... fuming. I'm hoping the product will compensate for the poor service. !
