Love this church. Worship services are on Saturdays - the biblical Sabbath. Anyone can stay or drop in for lunch after the service. There are Sabbath school classes btw 9.40am and 11.00am for all ages to learn about the Bible and also a Bible study class at 4pm. They have an afternoon service usually run by the youth for the youth which starts about 5pm. The church runs a soup kitchen service every Saturday night and distribute food and clothing in the city centre. They also have a day club for seniors once a week on a Tuesday. Adventurers and Pathfinder clubs (similar to the Cubs and Scouts) are on Sundays and also sewing and quilting classes. This church meets twice on Wednesdays - lunchtime and 7.30pm for prayer meetings. A very active church in the community and usually runs free health expos with an array of qualified professionals.

I used to go to Seventh Day Adventist Church every Saturday as a child in the Caribbean. I go to events, funerals, conventions at times. Over the last few years I've been going to or sending #homeless to their Community Meals. After the service everyone is invited to stay for lunch and visitors r welcome. Everyone sit together; no them and us. They r given toiletries and clothes on request. Visitors r invited to join in church services and events. There is no pressure to take part. Today's meal was #pasta, #potatoes, #salad, #tofu, #seasoned rice, #cake, #custard, # icecream. I was invited to Womens Event next week. A warm, friendly, welcoming, church
