I went in a few days ago and the receptionist staff were very friendly and I was seen to very quickly luckily as I couldn’t see many people there. The doc was so lovely and compassionate and prescribed me medication. I am very grateful.

Brilliant service! Rang at 8am and was told told to use walk in service... Was in and out within around 10mins... The nurse practitioner was amazing and the whole team very friendly and welcoming. Gave great advice and got the prescription I need. Especially during the current pandemic, couldn't ask for a better service on a weekend when own GP not open. Thank you everyone! ️

I have been attending Summerfield Urgent Care Centre for the last 6 weeks or so for wound packing/ dressing following a surgical procedure. I have found the staff at the Urgent Care Desk very friendly and professional as are they reception staff upstairs and all the nurses who I saw were extremely professional, highly skilled and caring. I felt very well looked after.
