I worked with Leslie and her team at Weigh to Wellness for over 2 years now. The results have been outstanding. At my best, I lost 48lbs on the program. The food plan is easy to follow and the weekly weigh-ins keep me motivated and accountable. Highly recommend if you are looking to lose weight!

The owner, Leslie, is incredibly nice and motivating. Having such a change in lifestyle, developing new eating habits, a follow up call from Leslie or someone from the staff would've really been encouraging especially in that first week. The second appointment/weigh in, I brought my bag to fill it for my weeks worth of food. As I began to fill it and then give the bag to the nutritionist to scan, she had me take out what I put in and give them to her...?? So, I went over to the wall to pick out the meal bars...she looked at me like I was nuts and told me to choose the flavors off the boxes on the other side and she would pick them out one by one. So weird. Why can't I just pick out my food and put it all in a bag and then you can scan it? It's a really nice facility, the food is good and the approach makes sense. However, the dieticians/nutritionists seem very young/inexperienced and the \pantry protocol\ needs to be much less intimidating.

It is not complicated, is easy to follow & nutritionally sound. The entire staff is always encouraging & supportive as you follow the plan.
