If you have a busy work and family life and just need time to destress, then this class is for you not only will you train in one of the best Kung Fu skills there is you will also benefit from the relaxation and meditation techniques. For me personally this had been a relief even my family have noticed the difference in myself. The instructions are great guys and really know their stuff and the students too are a great bunch. Anyway enough if my rambling, if you need a change in direction or just wish to better yourself then come on down to a class and you may just find what you are looking for.

Learning Wing Chun with the Bishop's Stortford Wing Chun Kung Fu team has been a great experience, I definitely recommend at least giving it a go and seeing if it's for you. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and tentative to areas where you can be weak, giving input without insult. Best experience so far.
