Let me start by saying I that I have dealt with many dealership and sales advisors. I would describe my experience with this dealership and in particular Lauren is nothing less that perfection. Living in Leeds and specially in these strange times that you cannot have a ormal\ experience and a true sales journey, I must say that my I have received was first class service. From the minute I picked up the phone to the time I decide to purchase this car (which was less that 24 hours because of how Lauren dealt with my enquiry) everything was pitch perfect. I truly believe that the entire journey was exceptional. The people in charge of this company should know that they have one perfect employee who is willing to go extra mile for their customer and I can assure you that I WILL drive 84 miles there and back again to purchase a car.
