The installation crew was super friendly. They even installed our basketball hoop on Christmas Day!! Our boys thought we were getting a flagpole so they were so excited to have this special surprise. I highly recommend this company.

Where do I start...I got courteous and knowledgeable help from Yavonne (sp) when I called to help me select the right rim. She was professional and helpful. The installers came out -they were professional, experienced, and dedicated to their craft. Work ethic-way above par which I find rare these days. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. If you want a basketball hoop installed by folks who know what they're doing and have pride in what they do- see these folks. Support a small business that is in our own community whose staff care about customer satisfaction instead of big box retailers who take your money and pawn you off to subcontractors who have no incentive to do things right. Calling all Colerain Cardinal families (and others lol)trying to stay in shape during this pandemic.... use these guys...let's go!!

I can’t say enough about the crew at Swings-N-Things, they were very punctual, professional, and just a pleasure to work with. The process from start to finish was absolutely amazing. The crew prep the space, installed my 72 Gorilla Goal, and later installed the stabilizer, all without a single incident. Never once did I have to call them to check up on them and the time frame for completion. If you are looking for a professional organization that actually cares about the customer and the customer experience, and will do the job right... the crew at Swings-n-Things is the place to go. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend this company! We went to the store to pick out our 60” Gorilla hoop and the staff was very nice and helpful. The vendor they used to install was great too! Very friendly and knew what they were doing. They were even able to install our hoop sooner than expected which my kids were happy about. Great service and quality!
