These folks are awesome. They had what I needed when Home Depot did not. Thank you for being open.
I was very excited to gives these folks business based on their heritage in the community of Boerne and Kendal County. There is value doing business local; I just had to find another local company in their industry. My experience with Schwope & Son's had value; gave me a greater appreciation when I called the company I've gone with. Schwope & Son's are very laid back and slow to speak, which I can appreciate. Mel was great when I called 8:00 am Monday morning, truly enjoyed him. He asked me for my number so Karen could call me and set the appointment. Karen seem to be great, admitting she had had a bad/tough weekend. I did exactly as I was instructed by Karen, which took until late Tuesday to get accomplished. Began calliong back Wednesday & Thursday to report the results and schedule a time. The last phone call yesterday afternoon, I was instructed to do something else by another sweet person on the phone reminded, while she reminded me how super busy they are, which I responded....I'm not in a hurry, just want to get it scheduled....at that point I realized I was more of a burden than benefit. I called the next company, had great dialogue...that company never asked me to go through all the things Karen did. It is scheduled, I feel confident all will work out. So, give them a try, just use this a guidline for your expectations.
I called first thing this morning due to my reserve tank not filling. I was immediately assisted and the repair was completed within a few hours. Very affordable and honest with services needed. I had also used them in 2013. Always friendly and professional. Grateful to have them in the community. Will definitely use them for all of my well and pump needs.
Unfortunately, these folks make promises they don’t keep. I’m going to have to spend 1,000 to fix their inadequate repair despite their promises to fix the problem.
