Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. We wanted his and her waterproof jackets and had to try on several before I got one I liked. She tried several too and the one she liked was not in stock in her size but was ordered on the spot and was sent to our house in a couple of days. We're both delighted with the outcome.

Sadly now closed a victim of on-line shopping.
As usual, excellent service and detailed knowledge of all things needed for walking. A pleasure to get my new boots here even though it's forty minutes away on the train. Highly recommended.
