Not happy ordered Graphite Granite Carbon vinyl on Dec 17th took 4 weeks and they sent the wrong one, we ordered oblong staggered pattern not unlike brickwork and unfortunately I'd cut off a large piece before my wife noticed that it was a square pattern and to compound that they sent enough double sided tape to do half the job. I'll have to lay it anyway and buy more tape. Need a new carpet soon don't think I'll be going there.

We want our bedrooms carpeting in the same carpet as our lounge , stairs and landing, which they did 12 months ago. It's good that they keep your order details on file so the style and colour is known. We are having a new fireplace fitted which is slightly smaller than the current one as that ones plinth is very deep. I asked if they could piece the gap that we'd end up with but the advisor suggested using the lounge carpet to fit the bedrooms and getting brand new ( same pattern ) carpet in the lounge. I would never have thought of that !

Love this place, the flooring is beautiful and of exceptional quality. Only drawback is, the sales team are on you before you have a chance to start looking. Then, they kind of follow you around. I hate that

Very bad, left them a very long and detailed review on Trustpilot which they have now deleted. If they didn’t employ monkeys to fit carpets and put as much time and care into taking care of their customer base as they do at deleting negative reviews, they wouldn’t get any negative reviews. Ignore all of the positive reviews that the manager/ managers friends have left.

Quality carpets but sales staff are rude and very unprofessional. I would probably go somewhere else next time.
