If you want a miserable welcome by someone who clearly doesn't want to be at work then this is the place for you! It would make business sense to have someone atleast smile at reception..I guess that's too much to ask for at this place. The particular member of staff publicly moaned about her job at the Stirchley branch now she's at the Saltley branch and her miserable ways seem to have rubbed off onto most of the staff at Saltley too. After over 20 years of shopping here maybe it's time to change the Wholesaler I use?
We have a new manager now, ( I say new, he has been with us since Oct 2019) Dave Thomas.... He cares for the customers, and cares for his staff more so..... Not just their well being, but their mental health too!! Especially through this Covid19...... Amazing AM......
