Funky, fun Bordelain late (and early) night eatery and drinkery that puts a fun funky vibe on service, food, wine and Cocktails... these guys/gals know their stuff and have a long list of unique, tasty and exquisitely presented cocktails designed to to impress and enjoy! Great staff, great food. Definite must do - but get in early as it fills up quick!

Everything here was excellent! This was recommended by a local during an earlier experience, and it became our best meal in Bordeaux. Drinks were perfectly crafted, food was outstanding all around, and desserts were mind blowing. Just amazing. Would love to come back in the future.
Finally a place that knows good cocktails and serves yummy dim sum. Super trendy atmosphere and delicious food. I really love the vibe and the food is super delish.
Very tasty and elaborated food. The cocktails are a sure bet! Watching the waiters' \dance\ during the elaboration process is worth the visit. Interesting \sticky rice\ dessert. Overall, prices are a bit too high.
One of the finest restaurant in Bordeaux ! The chef came back from Hong Kong with all the smells and tastes of this country... If you're not convinced, go for a drink, wine or cocktail, they gonna take care of you !
High quality Asian inspired tapas and friendly service. Clean and stylish place for cocktails. Good selection of wines. The place is quite pricey but always a good choice.
Altogether a nice experience but seemed to be missing the finesse I'd hoped for from reading other reviews. Prices comparable to a similarly located London Dim Sung restaurant I.e overpriced but expected. Other than the cheese Bao buns, which were disappointing, all the dim sum were well filled. Items containing pork were heavy on this, masking some of the more delicate flavours. The scallops were incredibly well prepared, though one was filled with a prawn as opposed to a scallop which was a shame. Whether it is down to the kitchen or service staff, it is difficult to know as we ordered a large number of items but the 'pastry' was a little slimy on a few dishes and all the Bao buns were very heavy, gooey and doughy rather than light and fluffy as I recall them being in other establishments. Everyone was friendly and helpful, English is spoken excellently and my paltry excuse for French was tolerated and replied to in perfect English. The hummus was excellent and different from anything I've tried before and the fish cakes were amazing. Hummus comes with prawn crackers so no need to order any more and you'll need to ask for soy and chilli sauce if they're up your street. Love the golden chopsticks/forks.
Incredibly creative. Fusion between Cantonese and French food. Love story between two cultures. Dimsum with Fourme d'Alembert and fois-gras. We loved it. I recommend the matcha tiramisu and the tapioca.
