The staff is nice. The place is nice. There were 12 chairs, over 6 staff, and only two people donating. The website said that there were no appointments available. The staff had to be persuaded to take me as a walk in. What's up?

Avoid the red cross. They may be one of the only options in MA. But they should be avoided.

Its really nice of this place to let me pick from a selection of movies to watch while I donate plasma for 2 hrs straight. One needle in each arm so I cannot itch my feet.

Friendly people, AND you can get parking validated at a nearby parking garage for all day. That's kind of crazy.

The staff at this location is some of most professional, fun, and friendly people around. They make a platelet donation easy with movies, juice, and Cheez-its.

Last time I went to this place and the took more than 500Ml of blood from body and the last who pinned the needle in my body was very hesitated to take the needle back. I was lousy for next 3 days and had to eat plenty of food to keep upright.
