I'm so, so happy that there's a place for womxn to receive healthcare from other womxn. Everyone I interacted with was really friendly, my IUD insertion was fast and efficient, and they show obvious care for the experience of their patients. I'll be donating and voting to keep them open for decades to come.

The counselors that you are connected to on the phone are rude and unhelpful. Of course the counselors and the supervisors don’t tell you their name, so I can’t specifically say which ones were rude and unhelpful but I talked to the operator, a counselor, and her supervisor- none of which could help me or even felt like bothering looking up other Planned Parenthood services on their computer. Clearly Not a place to call for advice or medical help.
