Although the staff were welcoming and gave very clear instructions for Covid-19, the food did not live up to that standard. My savoury pancake had a very dry surface on the sauce. The pancakes may well have been freshly made, but they did not taste like it. A pity. Having said that, my teenage son loved the food.

Food was very good. The only problem I had was that it was not busy at all but it took quite a bit for someone to come take our order. But it did come out quickly.
We’ve visited Center Parcs twice. We’ve been here twice. The food and the service is an absolute winner. There’s so much choice of food. We had pancake stacks, waffles and hot chocolates. The service is always friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. We’ll be back again...again.
Visited on our last morning at Centre Parcs. Was really busy as it is change over day. Recommend going early. Good venue and get what it says on the label. Good selection of sweet and savoury pancakes. I had one of each. The coffee is Lavazza which I really liked. Venue photos taken just before it got busy.
I came here for the first time two years ago. At that time I was a vegetarian and I absolutely loved my pancake. It was what dreams were made of. The staff were efficient also. However on my last trip to Centre Parcs in March I was unable to go to The Pancake House as they don't offer any vegan options which was very disappointing especially as I had been raving about them for a year. It's very simple to make a vegan pancake, you can substitute egg for banana or even egg substitute as well as many other alternatives! and there is such thing as vegan sauces and ice cream, marshmallows, chocolate, sweets etc!!! Please fix up so I can visit you again and give you a higher review.
