THEFT! AVOID! (Frustrating and Unprofessional). I had booked board rental for three people, well in advance of our trip. Upon entering the store, we were greeted with a disorganised team who clearly had not set aside the purchased rental equipment. One of our party was issued with a beginner board even though they had requested an intermediate board. I was then told, after quite a show of displeasure from the shop assistant that i would have to use a beginner board also, which was also the wrong size. I was told to come back the following day to pick up a board they had promised to set aside for me. We returned the following day as instructed by the shop staff, only to be told that they could not find a board of the requested specification, with no alternative solutions. By this time the queue to the gondola was very long, cutting short our day of snowboarding. This is not befitting of a business and had caused us much unnecessary stress on what was supposed to be an enjoyable holiday. Not only have we wasted time through this fiasco, this has also come at our expense through unused time on lift passes and the fact that we had paid for a higher specification of equipment than what we had actually received. There are plenty of other options on the mountain, and other options in Brides. Do yourself a favor and don't use this company!

Make sure to double check their website and not get scammed! Terrible owners. Came in requesting a red ski package (per website) and they provided us with what they said were better skis in the black package (which was more expensive). When we checked online again, the same brand of skis they gave us (same model too) was listed in the red package on their website. When returning the skis at the end of the week, they were very angry we pointed this out and reluctant to give us our money back for the difference in price. The owner became very unpleasant, and waved his hand in our face before having the cashier return the money. Skis we got were low quality, some of the poles bent, heavy, and overall cheap quality. The boots were also very stinky - I don't believe they clean or spray them between rentals.

Awful unfriendly owner - I got mediocre snowboard equipment, and one of my strips was torn in the first day. not only that I had to shorten my first ski day, the owner (Tiere?) instead of apologizing - blamed me for it!
