We hosted an extended weekend party here for a group of 20 adults including family and friends in early March 2020. The property is owned/managed by The Symondsbury Estate and Lucy was excellent in providing information and arranging viewing. The only thing that could have helped would be a floor plan which would have been useful in allocating rooms - we understand one is being produced. All bedrooms are either en suite or adjacent to a private bathroom - none of our guests had to share. The housekeeping/maintenance staff who we met at the beginning and end of our stay were helpful and very friendly. The accommodation itself is superb with the huge dining room being the centrepiece. It gives space for a formal meal for 20 guests. We had 20 and had so much space to spare. The kitchen was amazingly well equipped and the entertainment and games rooms were well appreciated by our guests. Bridport is a very welcoming town and was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. We were sorry to leave Allington Court and would thoroughly recommend it for almost any occasion. We are looking for an excuse to go back!!!
