Twine Cottage

Twine Cottage is located in the antique quarter of Bridport and is an absolute gem! It is cosy and comfortable with a hint of luxury. The kitchen is well equipped with carefully chosen appliances. The living room has a dining table that easily seats four. The lounge area is cosy with a leather sofa, several easy chairs and wood burner. The lighting creates a warm atmosphere, books fill the shelves and a tv and dvd player are in situ. The master bedroom is light and airy with an en suite shower room. The bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, we felt like we were sleeping in a giant hug! The second bedroom has a double bed with single bed bunk above. Our young daughter slept in the double bed, she seldom sleeps through and yet slept all night, 3 nights in a row! The family bathroom is downstairs beyond the kitchen. The bath is big, the bathroom is warm - a lovely place to relax after a day at the beach. The location of Twine Cottage is fantastic, Bridport town centre with its shops, cafes, pubs, bars and restaurants is moments away. There are antiques shops, haberdashery shops and a fantastic record shop all within a minute or twos walk. West Bay is a 20 minute walk away, we did this with our two dogs and toddler in a pushchair, we all had a great time and enjoyed fish and chips by the sea. We had a wonderful few days in Twine Cottage and can't wait to return. Thank you Tami and Alex for creating a wonderful cottage and letting us share it with you.
