One pair of handles were out of stock. A special mention to James who ensured the handles were dispatched as soon as they became available.. Highly recommended.

We had absolutely fabulous experience dealing with Emerald Doors! Firstly they worked with us to supply us with tailor made doors, then the delivery was spot on time despite all other Covid delays, the quality of doors was excellent and then we requested extra spares as some items got lost during our full refurbishment- Emerald Doors kindly chased their overseas supplier and provided spares for free. We highly recommend this company to everyone!
Fantastic service from James and the emerald doors team. We are thrilled with the soho pocket doors that we ordered and so grateful to have them arrive in time for our builder to instal. I would definitely recommend using Emerald Doors for customer service and great product.
Do not waste your money buying from this dreadful company. I paid well over 1000 for a set of external oak French doors. The doors came with a hardware pack in a separate box. The delivery driver gave no time to check items and he was off. Fitted the frame and door a few days later. Came to fitting the hardware pack, no multi point locking mechanism in the pack in fact the pack said it was for a pvc door set. So doors had been fitted but could not lock. Emerald when called said that all their doors are checked when sent out and implied somehow it was my fault. Anyway the weeks have gone by and they now say a company called LPD have sent these doors and they will send missing parts. (There was also damage to the doors and no thresh holds). LPD sent replacement parts which were exactly the same as what was sent in the original order (useless). I have had my phone calls and emails ignored. These doors are made in China and Emerald Doors do not appear to have the missing items. I am going to source the locks myself and put the doors right and send the bill to Emerald although I expect they will ignore it has this seems to be the way they operate.
The quality of the doors were perfect and the customer exceeded my expectations as a first time house buyer they have gone above and beyond in helping me and my wife in their support.
