Sorry but although the Staff are in the majority BRILLIANT PEOPLE! Royal mail is a rubbish (POLITE VERSION!!) company which has an atrocious after dalrs/delivery service!! The website is NOT customer friendly and the HELP STAFF?? Well in what 50 years of using them and calling 'Customer Dervicrs: I can count on the ONE hand the number of people who have been Customer Services trained . The other 99/have been dragged kicking and screaming from a dole queue In Mumbai?? I mean, how many companies can lose 34 items from a SINGLE POSTING?? ONLY THE ROYAL MAIL!!
