Popped in to inquire about servicing for NHS staff ( a recent offer they had on) and although this offer was no longer running the wonderful staff there had a look over my bike anyway! Fitted a bell, oiled the chain, tightened the gears and fixed the gears at the back. So friendly and my breaks are working perfectly now :) Thanks lovelies! one happy nurse! Emma

Manager in this shop is extremely arrogant and has no idea of good customer service. I have heard him being rude to several customers in past and today he was rude to me. It’s my nearest cycle shop but from now on I’ll travel further or purchase from the internet.
First Class service at Evans in Brighton! Justin, a fantastic engineer with superb knowledge & experience, fixed my gear shift within minutes!! Thanks a million!! After getting a bike for my husband and myself, we'll be back soon to get one for our daughter! Can't recommend your services highly enough!
Amazing staff i brought my bike in early this morning for its free service and it was done within 45 minutes and all the issues have been irond out thanks evins
The worst customer service I have ever had. Brighton Branch. I put a deposit down for a bike in March just before lockdown. They took all my contact details but then the store shut. I rang them a couple of months later to find out what was happening with my bike. They took over 1 hour to find my details, told me that they no longer have my bike and have taken my money and put it onto a gift card. They refuse to put the money back on my card unless I go back into the store and this is only after chasing them over the course of 4 months. I would give 0 stars if I could
