Appalling customer service, absolutely appalling. Calls not returned, took our order, failed to secure the fire we wanted, couldn't be bothered letting us know until we contacted them. Miserable front of house personnel who can't even be bothered pretending they give a toss. Avoid at all costs
Very helpful made an order but have been do the chasing up since Wednesday for installation still waiting for a date ?
Ordered a new fire surround. Surround looks nice. However the Gas fitter supplied by Baines left us without a working fire. Bains shown no interest in sorting out our problem. Very dissapointed.
Nothing wrong with our experience. We were shown a nice selection of fireplaces by James. chose the one we wanted with all the extras, ordered, fitted a few weeks later when we were ready. First class service all round. It now looks beautiful in our lounge. Highly recommended and very satisfied. .... We were even offered a nice coffee while we were there. Thanks guys.
