I contacted Mr Lee after surgery with another cosmetic surgery company went wrong and I was left with complications. From start to finish I felt safe and cared for. Mr Lee's receptionist was my first point of contact. She was knowledgeable, compassionate and friendly. She was very clear with me that surgery can have complications and talked me through how to get a second opinion with Mr Lee. She kept in touch with me throughout, even following up after my consult with Mr Lee to see how I was and if she could help further. My consult with Mr Lee was fantastic. He went through all my medical notes from the previous surgeon, explained what had happened and why. I felt very safe with him, and he was very knowledgeable. I am very happy with the outcome with Mr Lee and I would recommend him highly to anyone considering surgery with him. His receptionist was a credit to him and I valued her frank and truthful approach - I would prefer this any day over being promised the earth like I was by my previous surgeon.

After years of debating my mum finally took the decision to have a lesion to her head and cheek removed by Mr Lee under Local Anaesthetic. She was very apprehensive. 18 months on she is delighted with the result and has had no complications and found the process very easy. Mr Lee's secretary did everything she said this would and made this a really easy experience. Cannot recommend highly enough.
I am thoroughly delighted with the treatment & aftercare received from Mr Lee & his team. Nothing was too much trouble & even in the early days of lockdown - I had my surgery just prior to this - I was able to keep in touch via phone. I was fully informed of everything prior to surgery & made to feel totally at ease , hence I had no concerns & everything went to plan. I would totally recommend Mr Lee as the results are fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future.
I contacted Mr Lee to enquire about liposuction treatment last week. I was greeted by his Medical Secretary Jane on the phone who could not have been more helpful, diligent and informative about the treatment. She provided a thorough overview of the treatment schedule, pricing, availability and aftercare so I fully understood what to expect. From the very first moment I contacted Mr Lee’s clinic I felt I had 5 star service.
Receptionist Jane was incredibly rude to me on the phone. I am very disappointed with services they have provided me with and i definitely will take this situation further! They have been absolutely unhelpful during many months! I had an unsuccessful treatment on my keloid scar from Mr Lee last year. Few months ago my keloid scar came back but now 2 times bigger so i went back to his clinic and my problem has just been ignored! Disappointed is not the word! Now i have been diagnosed with depression because i am insecure about my ear and Mr Lee’s clinic cannot provide me with any help after I came back to the them. On top of that the receptionist seems to find it acceptable to shout at the clients. So money oriented, rude and useless. I do not recommend this clinic, you can definitely find somewhere where the receptionist and the doctor will be more respectful to you!
