I employed Nest to build a single story extension and remodel the whole downstairs. From the outset they were very professional, friendly and, most importantly, honest about what I could achieve for the budget I had. From the planning stages, all the way through to completion, the team were helpful and always willing to listen if I had any concerns or needed tweaks to the design. They let us know if there were any real issues (like a toilet that had been leaking for years) but largely just got on with the job, meaning that the build was not too stressful. I highly recommend Nest and would happily use them again.

Nest are a fabulous company to work with. Chris and his team renovated our kitchen and playroom in our basement skilfully negotiating load bearing walls and the like. They were absolutely professional throughout and did a superb job. I cannot recommend them enough and have very confidence in them. You can’t say that every day about builders nowadays but Chris and his team were honest, hardworking, innovative with design and up front about costs. They have also been back several times after the build completed to do our snagging and any small issues that have arisen which we expected given a project of this size. Thank you Chris and Nest.

Experience has given us a healthy cynicism around the building trade but the reviews for NEST were very good and we trusted our small project to them. We are very pleased that we did and would not hesitate to recommend them - and already have to quite a few people! From the very first conversation, the whole team have been a pleasure to work with. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and did to a high standard. More than this, when we needed some extra bits worked into the schedule, they organised it and worked it all out in a heartbeat. To cap it all, they were friendly, polite, respectful of our home and were the tidiest tradesmen I think I have ever come across. Could you pay less? - probably. Would it be as good? - extremely unlikely. Big thanks to Chris and his team. We look forward to working with you again on phase 2.

Nest designed and fitted our kitchen recently. The whole team were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout. The design process was smooth and the design images made it really easy to see how our choices would look as a whole. During the fit the schedule was well managed and expected timings were accurate, the work was of a high standard and we are very happy with the end result.

We needed more space in our two bed Victorian terrace and had a mad idea about moving the bathroom as well as re-dividing a lounge/diner, re-introducing an internal door and moving the boiler down two floors. Nest made this a reality and now we have a fantastic three bed house with a 5* family bathroom. From beginning to end the Nest team were great. Chris took our ideas and converted them into feasible plans before Wayne and the team took the plans and turned them into reality. The team were always careful to be as clean and tidy as they possibly could and notified us at every point of progress/issues etc. Even our neighbours commented on how polite and helpful the Nest team were. The project was completed on time and on budget - can’t ask for much more than that! We have already recommended them to two other people. Nest Design and Build are 5* just like our bathroom :)
