Went for a dressing gown which wasnt available in store. Ordered it online from the car park and was available to pick up 2 hours later. Staff have a separate designated waiting area if you have come to collect and a member of staff goes out back to get your order. Very quick and efficient.

Good priced items home items, massive massive range/selections of items, curtains, cushions, fabric, bedroom furniture, rugs, lighting, mirrors, kitchen and dining ware and much much more. Great cafe there too. We can spend hours in there.
Went to Pausa cafe. Very well organised, excellent hygiene and distancing. Lovely bacon butty and a cuppa. Well stocked shop, good prices. Limit on customers allowed in at any one time. We didn't have to wait. Felt very safe for my 86 year old Mum. Well done Dunelm
Visited as was looking for new lighting for our house and was very pleased with their selection. Spoke to an assistant as couldn't find what we were looking for and couldn't ask for a more friendly and accommodating person. Will definitely be going back in the future.
