My experience with AlterEgo has been fantastic. The staff at the shop were helpful and friendly. The furniture arrived when i was told, they contacted me immediately, the delivery was done as planned arriving at my home at the right time. If you are entitle to claim VAT, the process is pain free, they respond emails immediately and once you have all the paperwork the VAT refund was done immediately, in less than 24 hours. Excellent customer service!! highly recommended!!
Surprisingly very good Belgian design furniture shop that is still affordable. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. The only caveat is that it is just a showroom and does not have the furniture in store but it is delivered within a few days.
