I went in today to get a simple oil change and FORTUNATELY they had a high volume of cars in front of me so it was going to take a couple of hours. I then decided to walk the lot and see what they had in stock, Sonny then approached me and took care of me ( even gave me a slice a pizza) he helped me find a truck that I liked and that I could get in. Definitely did not waste my time or lead me into believing that I could get into something that I couldn’t. Absolutely would recommend y’all go out there and see what they have to offer. Go see Sonny he is amazing and I can honestly say I’ve never dealt with a car salesman like him. He helped me out a ton and I’m sure he will do the same for you!

Sonny Easley was an amazing salesperson at Lithia RAM in Bryan, TX. From the moment we walked into the dealership we were greeted very nicely and didn’t wait at all for any assistance. We were in a test drive 2 mins after walking into the dealership. Sonny wasn’t pushy at all when working with me on the best price of the vehicle. He gave me the space and time I needed to review all of my options. He was very well informed on the vehicle and its features. He worked really hard to get us the best price for the vehicle that it was. The entire experience was very pleasant and easy. After purchasing multiple cars in the past, I can say this was the most pleasant, quickest and most convenient purchase I have ever made. I highly recommend Sonny and thank him for the great service he provided me and my wife. He got me into one of the best equipped 2021 RAM Rebels for an amazing price due to his personal effort and going way beyond what was expected of him! I would certainly buy again from him and would highly recommend his friendly, patient and professional approach to all!

One star! The one star is for the great sales experience w/Albert. No stars for the worst service I have ever experienced in my 30 years of driving! They don't even call you (at least my service person) to tell you if your car is ready to pick up, what the status is on your car, or anything! This has happened to me multiple times! I end up having to call them at 5:30 to find out. And this is the least of my complaints! I will not buy another car there b/c of the service, unfortunately for Albert.

Best Experience EVER!!! I have owned trucks my whole life and this crew knows their trucks. The GSM Michael is a straight shooter. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I would go there first.
