Great!! We have used this company two years in a row for school summer fetes and the kids love the bouncy castles. Booking was made easy staff very helpful. Delivery team were fast, friendly and efficient. Would definitely use Bubble and Bounce again.
Bubble & Bounce are very friendly and easy to work with. The people who delivered the inflatables were good natured, efficient and timely. It's not easy to find people who deliver inflatables to central London locations, so we are very happy with their service.
It has taken a while for me to post this review but it has been on my mind to do it every single day since my twins' bday party back in February. After being let down by another bouncy castle hire company, I spent hours desperately trying to find a replacement as I had roughly thirty 5 year olds coming to my house. Bubble and Bounce went above and beyond to come through for me. Even though they had no availability at the time, they pulled out all the stops and just in the nick of time managed to source me a castle from elsewhere. Honestly, you don't often experience service like this anymore so I'd like to express my immense gratitude to your company for making the day a success. Should I organise another party, Bubble and Bounce will be first on my list for bouncy castle hire.
We hired the bouncy castle for my son's 4th birthday party and the kids loved it. I was really impressed with how helpful, polite and efficient everyone at Bubble and Bounce was, from making the booking to then delivering and collecting the bouncy castle on the day. I will be recommending you to many other parents for their kids' parties.
