Tina and the team at Bundy and Bond have been amazing, going above and beyond our expectations on a number of occasions. I do not think we would have exchanged if it had not been for their tenacity and professionalism. We certainly would not have met the stamp duty deadline. One solicitor and estate agent in our chain were awful, not communicating or seeming to care if the sales collapsed. We sold and purchased a property through Bundy and Bond and they have been absolutely amazing throughout. The initial viewing we had with Michael was very professional and by far the best experience we had when viewing houses. The whole team were really helpful throughout, you could always get through on the phone and if that member of staff didn't have the latest update, they would find out and get straight back. We had a long chain, and unfortunately my initial sale fell through, but Bundy and Bond were straight onto it and we got a new buyer within a couple of days, meaning we were able to keep the house we were buying. They also kept chasing and pushing forwards the process to get completion over the line. They helped make what is a stressful process, a significant amount easier and I really couldn't recommend them more highly. Thank you all!
