I had an excellent experience with this company and more specifically their customer service. I required a specific brick to complete a job to match my existing brick. One call to customer service solved all of my concerns. They were professional, respectful and quite knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company; they were a pleasure to deal with.
Horrible experience. Selling cracked brick and refusing any responsibility. First batch started spalling first week after the installation. Recycled 3 walls. Second batch started to crack within a year and is about to start spalling again.
