Replaced most of our downstairs windows, a bedroom window, an exterior door and an interior conservatory door. We received excellent service from the the point of introduction, through to completion of the job. The fitters / workmen were friendly, tidy and extremely professional. CGS Glazing have a very good on-line site, which is capable of giving you a instant provisional quote. Mick was brilliant, he came round within a couple of days, measured up and had to slightly increase the on-line quote. A week later Mick after ringing up front fitted the new toughened pane. I have no hesitation in recommending CGS Glazing.
We cannot thank Nick and his team enough! They came to us to sort out the mess we had been left with by another local windows company (see our other review ;)). They replaced few windows that needed replacing and finished everything that the other company couldn’t be bothered doing. The windows they supplied are great quality and we can tell the difference between them and the ones supplied by the other company. We didnt know that the process of replacing the windows could be so pleasant and hassle free (got very bad experience before). They came in as scheduled, did the job, cleaned after themselves and left. They didnt want any money in advance, just sent you invoice after - that tells you a lot about a company (never pay upfront that’s what we’ve learned before!). If you are looking for a windows company look no further! CGS is the one! Professional, reliable and just pleasant to work with! We will definitely be back to get some more windows replaced!
