I purchased 2 Extra Large Face Masks from these people because I have a large head. What a joke! I have to choose to either have my nose or my chin in the mask, they're not big enough to contain both. The elastic is so tight that they pull my ears forward making me look like a wing nut. Due to the medical nature of face masks I am unable to return them so I dropped them straight into the bin. Being a pensioner, I can't afford to throw away almost 25 like that. BEWARE!

Very seldom I leave a review, but I take exception with Lancashire Textiles. I spoke to three different people at the company about a small order. Each one was extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable, and without doubt I will be using them in future. The items ordered were first class.

Horrible Company - Lied and ripped me off! Me and my wife purchased a 1.5 Tog Goose and Down duvet but when it arrived it was heavy , thick and weight three times as much as our micro fibre 1.5 tog. Turns out that these are bought in ( not made locally) and furthermore despite calling in and requesting an exchange , they simply part refunded me keeping the postage and failing to pay my return postage despite verbally agreeing to on the phone. They owe me 19.98 as far as I am concerned . I’m not impressed and so I warn everyone against buying from this company.

I purchased a topper November 2019 described on Amazon as Luxury 100% Cotton Percale 200 Thread Count Baffle walled cassette construction to ensure filling remains balanced throughout allowing you to have a good night's sleep by the 16th December just over two weeks after purchase the topper was flattening out in the areas where you sleep, this company refuse to do anything about my complaint, upon taking legal advice I am referring my complaint to the Ombudsman. Under the retail of goods act, product is not fit for purpose and legally has to carry a six month guarantee

Screw You

Thieves - if I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered a 100% cotton blanket, it arrived and was actually 58% cotton and 42% manmade materials. Tried to contact them more than once to point out their mistake and arrange a return and was completely ignored.
