4 years ago I purchased Scherich Ins Agency from the owner. The office is part of ASNOA. This organization is beyond honest and hard working for its members. I was extremely interested in working with Asnoa in Florida but the rep was horrible. He was slow to respond, he asked me to sign an NDA but and then told me he wouldn't share confidential information and LIED things I said. It seems like a good company, maybe its just isolated to Florida.

Jim and I have been part of ASNOA since May 2020. We were Farmers Insurance agents for 11 years and 1 month. It got so painful being Farmers Insurance agents because of the management did not give a sh!t about taking care of customers rates let alone agents. You used to be able to call us Servicepoint and get help to take care of customers and all was over. That ended in 2017. We got tired of it and couldn't take it anymore in 2019 and finally took care of it in 2020. We were glad we did. We looked into every independent agency in detail. We looked at the buyin. We looked at the what would happen when we would retire and if we would sell. We looked at the support system. We looked at what we could sell. We looked at the companies. We looked at the pay structure. We looked at who we would work with. We looked at everything. We visited the offices. We sat back and thought about our decision and we made the best decision and went with ASNOA. The management system that we pay for is phenomenal. Ezlynx will never be learned about in full. It can do so much. I will try though. Farmers Is stealing so much commission from you. We never got paid profit bonuses but now we do. We have been going through better training. Customers you are being robbed of better insurance programs from Farmers, Allstate, State Farm, American family. They aren't telling you everything. There is so much to insurance programs. There are so many sides to it. There is so many parts to it. No one will ever know everything to it. Even the people who invented it will never know what they did. Even the actuaries. You need to get the best you can. ASNOA is a out Agent Support Network of America. America is Free. Be free to get the best and being part of the best network is now when Jim and I are now. I am glad we are part of the best network of Agents and Brokers.
