The customer service I've received has been excellent, my Mini needed urgent diagnosis and repairs, the diagnosis was carried out quickly and the car was repaired the next day, the Service Department kept me updated throughout and everything explained concisely. Also a courtesy wash and vac was included. I highly recommended and will be using Lancaster Bury St Edmunds again for servicing etc.
