I recommend Simply Counselling to anyone that is struggling and do not know how to start when seeking help. I found them when I most needed and the support my family and I got was amazing. The team is highly prepared and ready to welcome you in a very safe environment. Of course I did not always hear what I wanted but I can assure you that everything I learned/heard from them was what I needed when I needed. I was lost and they helped me find myself and my purpose again. I can’t find enough words to express how thankful I’m to have worked with you all at simply counselling to help me find joy in life again. Kristin has been so amazing in her work with our family. Kristin is genuinely kind, caring, and compassionate. She was able to quickly build a trusting relationship with our teenage daughter . Kristin has been instrumental in the development of better communication skills within our home. I appreciate that Kristin is direct in her communication, as it helps to hold each of us accountable for our role in the conflict resolution process.
