Great service from booking to hair cut. All the team are really friendly and it is very easy to book and pay in advance. Not the cheapest but worth the money. Christian was really good and certainly helped with actually taking lock down hair and turning it into something respectable that is worth carrying on with.

Absolutely amazing experience with Christian - he really took the time to understand me and my usual hair routine and shaped my cut around exactly what I said so I didn't end up with something I couldn't manage. Although I was the last appointment of the day I didn't feel rushed! All the staff here genuinely care and aren't pushy at all - something which I have experienced in other salons which has always meant I didn't go back. I will definitely be a regular customer at Scruffs!! Thank you Scruffs for a great experience!
I am going through Chemotherapy at the moment and Garry Chapman at Scruffs was recommended to me by a friend who has also been through it. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for Garry. He is one of the most genuine, kind and considerate person I have ever met. When I went in to have my long hair cut very short in preparation for my treatment, he immediately made me feel at ease. He understands that having long hair cut short (not through choice) can be quite harrowing and chatted to me all the while making sure I was okay. He also has supplied me with a wig for when all my hair is gone and is very knowledgeable about them. All in all, a lovely experience for me at Scruffs considering what I'm going through. Garry, thank you. You are an amazing person x
Really great to be back at Scruffs today. Lots of safety features in place. Reassuring but not obtrusive. Great experience as always. First time inauguration for my two girls. All made very easy for them by the lovely staff. Thanks to Lily and Natalia for the great haircuts! Also would like to say my previous cut and colour with Lily was so professional, it still looked good after 6 months (I hope I won't be away that long again though!)
